Design Starts There, Too

This exhibition presents products whose stories captivated us so deeply during the design process that we wanted to tell others about them.
When we explain Inquess's design process, people sometimes ask, You start that far back?
Before making visible forms such as logos or packaging, there is much to think about, research and discuss.
We join projects from the beginning of product development, working together to decide what to make and in what form. How can we ensure usability and clear information? How should a company's or brand's character be expressed? What is the balance between cost and gross profit? Can the business continue sustainably? When necessary, we consider the business model together as well.
As we come to understand the product, the company's aspirations and the care behind it, we find ourselves wanting to share its story.
What is visible, what is invisible, and the business itself.
We design by moving between and connecting these many perspectives.
