Founded in 1973, Coffret is a design company based in Osaka's Nanko area.
With a focus on packaging, we pursue design that enhances the value of companies and products through branding.
Our work ranges from packaging structures that use the properties of paper to spatial design for retail fixtures and displays, graphics and websites.
Rather than considering design in isolation, we focus on how a product is seen, picked up and used.
Drawing on years of design and manufacturing knowledge and experience, we propose ways to communicate a brand's appeal from packaging to space.
At OSAKA SALONE, we will exhibit cardboard craft and art, fixtures for stores and exhibitions, and play equipment for children.
The familiarity of cardboard makes possible free forms and expression. Through actual products, visitors can experience its potential as a material.
