Design begins with observation.
By looking carefully at everyday scenes, people's behavior, and the characteristics of materials and fabrication techniques, I give form to possibilities hidden within them.
I believe new value does not emerge from nothing, but from reconsidering overlooked qualities and things taken for granted. I hope the value discovered this way can spark new discoveries in everyday life.
Alongside signature works such as Mountain Slopes Awaiting Spring and SEIGAIHA, this exhibition presents new pieces focused on material properties and fabrication methods.
